We had an amazing dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of our meal and drinks been perfect. The food was absolutely outstanding—every dish was beautifully presented and bursting. To top it all off, the service was prompt, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. Whether you’re looking for a casual meal or a special night out, East Side Mario’s is definitely a place worth visiting. We had Spaghetti Bolognese, a kids cheese pizza and a balsamic pizza.

We stop here at least once every time we come through or stay in Cranbrook. The atmosphere and restaurant reminds me of a simpler time (in a comforting, good way) and the service is always really courteous, quick, and food is accurate to order, even with special requests. The food is always fresh and we feel good after eating, not bloated or unwell like some chain restaurants. We particularly enjoy their pasta as their sauces are simple and tasty, and the pasta is cooked al dente as it should be ! :D We have been back many times and we will continue to do so. Makes us miss the East Side Mario's that used to be open closer to home.

Never have I had a more pleasant meal for our wedding reception. Jerry (owner) was so polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thanks Jerry for the wonderful care given to us. Will forever be repeat customers!

My recent visit to East Side Mario's for lunch left me thoroughly impressed. From the cozy ambiance to the attentive staff, every aspect of my experience was delightful. The restaurant provided a charming and cozy setting, with a spacious parking area that added convenience for customers. The owner/manager greeted us warmly, and our server was exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The calamari I ordered was cooked to perfection, crispy and accompanied by a delicious dipping sauce. The seafood linguine was equally impressive, featuring an abundance of fresh and flavorful seafood. East Side Mario's maintained a clean and appealing environment, and the dishes were presented beautifully.

I recommend this restaurant 100%, a place where you will leave satisfied as well as very good service. I was just looking for a good place and I found it. If you are on vacation and pass by this wonderful place, be sure to try the pasta and soup. of ravioli thanks to your team for giving us good service

Great food and great service. A family friendly restaurant for sure and this location is one of the best of this chain I've visited. The server was attentive and the food was perfect for everyone. Love East Side Mario's. My kids are always singing the jingle and they were stoked we went to hey bada boom bada bing on our random long weekend trip to the west. It was a good experience here, if we are ever staying in Cranbrook and aren't trying local non chain stuff we will totally be coming here (the ones we wanted to try were all closed for canada day, but we sure were not disappointed once we got here!) Can't go wrong with East Side Mario's for sure. Or that awesome endless bread and soup and salad. Woohoo!

The food came out nice and hot. The salad was fresh & crisp. I wish they had a better soup selection. But that is a personal preference.

We finished up at the Cranbrook Farmers Market - Winter Market and found this gem of a place for a delicious post market meal. It was busy so we had to wait a few minutes for a table but not excessively long. The service was epic! Fast friendly, helpful. Not sure what else I could have asked for. And to add some icing to the cake - the food was delicious. I highly recommend stopping in if you are hungry in Cranbrook.
